You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirmation. hit51 is not liable for errors made by Users when placing bets, except in cases where a technical malfunction on our platform directly caused the error.
We reserve the right to void bets or refuse wagers in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, duplicate bets resulting from system errors, bets placed after an event has started (unless explicitly offered as in-play betting), or bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means.
